Commercial approach

What Procurement Institute does.

Procurement Institute is a physical commodity facilitation, verification, and deal advisory business supported by intelligence.
We help serious operators in physical commodity markets navigate sourcing, counterparty risk, and transaction execution with greater commercial clarity.

Market access

We work with buyers, sellers, mandate holders, and operators across petroleum products, LPG, fertilisers, agricultural inputs, and selected metals corridors.

Commercial judgment

We help transactions move from interest to execution by combining market understanding, counterparty access, and practical commercial judgment at every stage.

What we are not

We do not act as principal trader, carry inventory, or operate logistics infrastructure. We facilitate — and we earn when deals close successfully.

Transaction standard

Every transaction is anchored in confirmed buyer demand, verified counterparties, and realistic pricing before partner supply mapping begins. Judgment is the product.

Service lines

Three ways to engage.

Each service is a distinct entry point. Most buyer relationships begin with verification and convert naturally to facilitation as trust develops.

Primary entry point

Counterparty Verification & Commercial Due Diligence

Before a buyer commits capital to an unfamiliar seller, mandate chain, or origin corridor, they need verification that the counterparty is genuine, the documentation is sound, and the execution risk is manageable. PI delivers a written commercial assessment within an agreed timeframe — covering credentials, mandate chains, contract terms, financing structures, and documentation red flags.
