How fast do you respond?
Every intake is reviewed by a facilitator within 24 hours, London business-time. Urgent requirements with this-week execution are prioritised within the same business day.
Is my submission confidential?
Yes. Intake is treated as confidential by default. Counterparty details and commercial terms are never shared beyond the specific facilitator handling your enquiry without your explicit instruction.
Do you work with small or first-time buyers?
We work with any serious operator with a genuine requirement and capacity to transact. Size matters less than clarity of specification, executable payment capacity, and verified destination logistics.
I represent a mandate — what's your posture on brokered supply?
We engage with principals and mandate holders with verifiable proof of authorisation and proof of product. Long broker chains without documentation are respectfully declined. Clean mandates with direct contact to the refinery, producer, or owner are welcome.
What if I just want the intelligence, not facilitation?
Use the Intelligence Access form above. We grant access to our research and benchmark data on a verified-requester basis, with commercial tiers for enterprise and API use cases.
Is there a fee to contact you?
No. Intake is free. We operate on facilitation fees from 0.5% of transaction value, assessed only on successful deal execution, with terms agreed in advance of engagement.
